LUCENA CITY –– Two teenage boys, both suspected street-level marijuana or “weed” peddlers, were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Atimonan town on Tuesday, police said.

Atimonan police identified the suspects as Marlon Malapitan and Arnold Miguel Saavedra, both 18 years old, and residents of the said coastal town.

Local anti-illegal drugs operatives collared the two after they sold a sachet of “weed” to an undercover police officer in Barangay Zone 1 Poblacion at 10:10 a.m.
