Valenzuela makes business application process a breeze
MANILA, Philippines — Starting Nov. 13, applying for a business permit in Valenzuela City will be as easy as buying stuff online.
Through “Paspas Permit,” an online application system on valenzuela.gov.ph, business owners can apply for or renew their licenses.
Applicants must first create an account and upload three requirements — a barangay clearance (which can also be acquired using the portal), a sketch of their business location and a registration certificate from the Department of Trade and Industry.
The documents could be uploaded as photos, but the images should be clear.
At checkout, users must choose between payment options (credit cards or over the counter bank transactions) and select their preferred courier to deliver the document.
After completing the payment details, the website will generate within 10 seconds a PDF of a temporary business permit that is valid for 30 days.

Paspas Permit will be launched on Nov. 12, on the city’s foundation anniversary, and will be available online the next day.
