MANILA, Philippines — Two flights between Manila and Basco, Batanes were canceled Friday, November 8 due to bad weather, the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) announced.
As of 8:00 a.m., the MIAA said the following flights are canceled:
Skyjet (NAIA Terminal 4)
M8 816/817 Manila-Basco-Manila
The weather bureau’s latest weather forecast said severe tropical storm Quiel (international name: Nakri) is affecting the western part of the country, while the tail end of a cold front is bringing rains over the northern part of Luzon. /gsg
