Dead man found in QC sidewalk tied with telephone cord in hands and feet
MANILA, Philippines—Authorities are now looking into the killing of a still unidentified man found dead in a sidewalk in Quezon City Wednesday morning, police said.
Senior Police Officer 2 Diosdado Peralta said the man who was tied with a telephone cord in his hands and feet, was found lying in the sidewalk at the corner of Doctor Alejos at Maria Clara Streets in Barangay Sta. Teresita, Quezon City around 9 a.m.
He said the man, believed to be around 30 to 40 years old and standing 5’6 tall with a tattoo in his left arm, was found wearing a gray short pants and a sleeveless shirt.
Further investigation is being conducted to identify the victim and the suspect.
