MANILA, Philippines — “Don’t let your family and children suffer from your wrongdoings.”

Brig. Gen. Debold Sinas, National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief, said this on Wednesday as he ordered the newly-installed Northern Police District (NPD) chief, Brig. Gen. Ronaldo Ylagan, to keep his officers from engaging in extortion.
