MANILA, Philippines — Obstruction of traffic is the top violation of traffic rules for bus drivers in Metro Manila for the first 10 months of 2019, data from the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) showed Tuesday.

From Jan. 1 to Oct. 31, MMDA recorded 4,826 incidents of obstructing the road followed by yellow lane violations with 3,741 incidents.
