Telco joins Sendong relief efforts

GLOBE Telecom joined the relief efforts to help the victims of Tropical Storm Sendong.

Globe employees were dispatched to the affected areas to provide assistance to the victims of floods brought by the typhoon.

Through its corporate social responsibility arm Globe Bridging Communities (Globe BridgeCom), the company distributed rice, canned goods, instant noodles, blankets and underwear in various evacuation centers in Cagayan de Oro City, Dumaguete City, Sibulan and Iligan City.
