LIST: Canceled flights on Oct. 28

MANILA, Philippines — Several domestic flights were canceled on Monday because of bad weather being experienced in some parts of the country, the Manila International Airport Authority (Miaa) said.

In an advisory, the Miaa said the following flights are canceled as of 3:10 p.m.:

In its daily weather forecast, the weather bureau said Ilocos region, Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains caused by the northeasterly surface wind flow.

Cloudy skies and scattered rain showers will also prevail over Metro Manila and the rest of the country, which will be brought by localized thunderstorms.
