MANILA, Philippines — Want to know how to stay updated with the fiery exchanges of the Barretto clan members even while driving?
The Department of Transportation (DOTr) will teach you how.
In a Twitter post on Thursday, the transport agency issued road safety tips on “how to be updated with the Barretto Family issue while driving.”

First off, DOTr has discouraged motorists from multitasking – driving and checking on Instagram and Facebook for the latest on “La Greta, Tita Marj, or Claudine.”
“May anti-distracted driving law tayo! (We have a law on anti-distracted driving!)” the DOTr said.
Instead, DOTr advised motorists to just let their companions in the car to research about updates on the hottest exchanges between showbiz’s most famous sisters and be told about it.
But if you are alone in the car, DOTr said it would be better to park in a safe place if the itch for updates on the Barretto family feud just could not wait.
In case there’s a need to chat a friend about today’s hot topic, DOTr asked motorists to use a headset or BlueTooth device.
“I-loudspeaker mo na rin para rinig ng iba mong kasama (Better put it also on loudspeaker so your companions could also hear it),” DOTr added.
The long-standing rift among the Barretto sisters was again put on the spotlight after a heated confrontation between Gretchen and Marjorie erupted during their father Miguel’s wake last week – in front of President Rodrigo Duterte no less. /kga
