MANILA, Philippines – Cloudy skies and scattered rain showers due to the northeasterly surface windflow will prevail in Quezon, Camarines provinces and Catanduanes, the state weather bureau said Monday.
In its 4:00 a.m. weather forecast, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) warned of possible flash floods and landslides in the affected areas.
Pagasa added that said Batanes, Ilocos Norte, Apayao, and Cagayan will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains, while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
