As of 3 p.m., Severe Tropical Storm Bualoi was spotted 2,695 km east of Visayas with maximum sustained winds of 100 kph with gustiness reaching up to 125 kph.
According to Pagasa, Bualoi will still intensify while moving northwestward, but it remains less likely to enter PAR.
It continues to move west-northwest at 20 kph.
Meanwhile, Typhoon Perla was spotted 890 km east-northeast of Basco, Batanes with maximum sustained winds of 130 kph and gustiness of 160 kph.
Pagasa said Perla exited PAR shortly after 5 p.m.
