/ 07:38 AM December 27, 2011

More elementary schools and communities in the cities of Cebu and Lapu-Lapu will benefit from the supplementary feeding program of the Center for Industrial Technology and Enterprise (CITE).

The Century Pacific Group, a corporate social responsibility arm for Century products, recently forged ties with CITE to support the project.

The weekly feeding program aims to address the needs in nutrition of the schoolchildren as well as to improve their academic performance and school attendance. The program also includes a formative activity for the pupils’ parents.
