Senior citizens to get free MRT-3 rides Oct. 1-7
MANILA, Philippines — The Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT 3) will give free rides to senior citizens from Oct. 1 to 7 in celebration of Elderly Filipino Week.
In a statement on Monday, the MRT-3 said senior citizens could avail free rides from 5 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
They would just have to present their senior citizen ID or any identification card that would prove that they are 60 years old and above.
The Elderly Filipino Week is pursuant to Proclamation No. 470 issued on Sept. 26, 1994, which aims to increase public awareness on the different issues concerning older people. /atm

Maaaring i-avail ang libreng sakay mula 5AM hanggang 10:30PM, mula bukas, ika-01 ng Oktubre, hanggang sa susunod na Lunes, ika-07 ng Oktubre 2019.

Ipresenta lamang po ang inyong Senior Citizen ID o kahit na anong Identification Card na magpapatunay na kayo ay 60 years old pataas upang ma-avail ang aming libreng sakay.
