A barangay watchman out on an errand to buy beer was mauled and stabbed in the back for no reason by three men in Pasay City on Christmas Day.
Ronnie Villacorte, 33, a tanod of Barangay 80 Zone 10 and a resident of Loring Street, remains confined at Pasay City General Hospital for a stab wound in the back as well as bruises and other injuries on the face and body.

Earlier, Villacorte was walking to a store on nearby Pilapil Street to buy beer when he was accosted by three men.
