MANILA, Philippines — A number of flights — both domestic and international — were canceled on Monday due to bad weather prevailing in the country.
In an advisory, the Manila International Airport Authority said the following flights are canceled:

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines
KL 808 Manila-Taipei

Signal No. 1 remained hoisted over Batanes and Babuyan group of islands on Monday as the rainbands of Typhoon “Onyok” are expected to continue to bring occasional light to moderate wit intermittent heavy rains.
