MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) is sending the third batch of rogue police officers to undergo a 30-day reformation program.

In a statement on Wednesday, PNP spokesman Brig. Gen. Bernard Banac said 50 errant law enforcers would participate in the Focused Reformation/Reorientation and Moral Enhancement for Police Officer in Line with Internal Cleansing Efforts (FORM POLICE).

Joining the reformation program are officers from regional offices in Ilocos, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, and Calabarzon (Police Regional Offices 1, 2, 3, and 4A), the National Capital Region Police Office, Intelligence Group, Internal Affairs Service, and Directorate for Intelligence.

“I imposed strict discipline, reform and internal cleansing to this organization. Some of them will be penalized with demotion and suspension,” he said in the same statement.
