CA panel recommends promotion of 29 AFP officers
MANILA, Philippines — A panel of the Commission on Appointments (CA) on Wednesday recommended for confirmation the ad interim appointments and nominations of 29 officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).
No one objected to the motion to recommend the appointments and nominations of the following officials during the hearing of the CA committee on national defense headed by Cavite 6th District Rep. Luis “Jon-Jon” Ferrer IV:
Ad interim appointments:
- Joselito Ramos to the rank of Major General
- Ralph Mamauag to the rank of Brigadier General
- Ramiro Manuel Rey to the rank of Lieutenant General
- Gregorio Marcelo Azores to the rank of Colonel, Medical Corps (Reserve)
- Andres Centino to the rank of Major General
- Antonio Parlade Sr. to the rank of Major General
- Roy Galido to the rank of Brigadier General
- Roberto Capulong to the rank of Brigadier General
- Aldrin Cuña to the rank of Captain, Philippine Navy (Reserve)
- Roberto Emmanuel Feliciano to the rank of Colonel, Philippine Navy-Marines (Reserve)
- Raymundo Acorda to the rank of Brigadier General
- Raul Jesus Caldez to the rank of Brigadier General
- Adrian Sanchez Jr. to the rank of Major General
