MANILA, Philippines — Several parts of Luzon are expected to experience moderate to heavy rain showers on Tuesday evening, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
In an advisory released around 4:00 p.m., the state weather bureau said rain showers with lightning and strong winds are likely to occur in the provinces of Tarlac, Bataan, Quezon, and Cavite in the next two hours.
Pagasa also said that rain showers are being experienced in Metro Manila, Batangas, Bulacan, Pampanga, Zambales, and Nueva Ecija, as of this posting.
“All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides,” it said. /kga
