Motorcycle assassins strike with impunity, kill man driving tricycle in Oriental Mindoro

CITY OF CALAPAN—A land agent was shot and killed by unidentified gunmen in the town of Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro province on Thursday, Sept. 19.

Lt. Col. Socrates Faltado, information officer of the Mimaropa regional police, said Jeremy Cay, 39, was driving a tricycle when he was shot by two men riding tandem on a red Suzuki motorcycle that had no license plate at the village of Guinhawa around 8 a.m.
