MANILA, Philippines – The state weather bureau on Thursday warned the public on a fake “Haze Bulletin” posted on an unofficial Facebook page.

In a Facebook post, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) disowned a “Haze Bulletin” being circulated online, saying it was originally posted by a fake page called “Dost_PAGASA Visayas.”

“Pagasa would like to inform the public that the aforementioned page is NOT an official social media account of the agency. Furthermore, the agency has not issued any ‘Haze Bulletin’,” Pagasa said.
