OLONGAPO CITY–The body of a still unidentified man, believed to be a victim of summary execution, was found near a waterfall at an upland village here on Thursday, Sept. 19.

Priscilla Ponge, chair of Barangay Gordon Heights, said the body of the man in his 40s was already in decomposing when it was discovered by villagers.

Ponge said the man wore a white shirt, a blue jacket and a pair of black pants.

According to police, the man’s skull was already exposed and that he could have been tortured after they found a piece of metal wire in his jaw. Joanna Rose Aglibot/TSB
