“Ang inisyatibong ito ay bilang pakikiisa sa pagdiriwang ng ika-119 na anibersaryo ng Philippine Civil Service (PSC),” the MRT-3 management said.
Government employees will have to present their IDs to the MRT-3’s station personnel or security guards for their free rides, it added.
The PSC annually commemorates the enactment of Public Law No. 5 or otherwise known as “An Act for the Establishment and Maintenance of an Efficient and Honest Civil Service in the Philippine Islands.” This was enacted on September 19, 1900./ac
