LEGAZPI CITY, Albay, Philippines — Anti-narcotics operatives arrested on Sunday afternoon a public school teacher after selling P67,000 worth of suspected crystal meth, or “shabu,” in a buy-bust operation in Albay province, according to Christian Frivaldo, Bicol director of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA).
