Some domestic flights canceled due to bad weather

MANILA, Philippines — Some domestic flights were canceled on Sunday, September 15, due to bad weather brought by the southwest monsoon.

In an advisory, the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) said the following flights have been canceled:

5J 821 Manila – Virac

According to state weather bureau, Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), the southwest monsoon or “habagat” will continue to prevail in the country.

It is expected to bring rain showers in several regions in Luzon and Visayas. /je
