MANILA, Philippines–The Sandiganbayan Fourth Division has denied the bid of officials of the East Avenue Medical Center to have their graft case thrown out.

In a resolution, the antigraft court denied the motion for leave of court to file a demurrer filed by Medical Chief II Rolando Cortez, Finance Management Officer Marieta Cruz, Chief Administrative Officer Jose Calixtro and Administrative Officer V Bonifacio Ramos for lack of merit.
