MANILA, Philippines — A study of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (Jica) has so far uncovered more than 300 traffic choke points in Metro Manila.

Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) chairman Danilo Lim disclosed this during the hearing of the Senate committee on public services on Tuesday.

Lim said the study, which is being conducted by Jica in coordination with the MMDA, started last March and is expected to be completed within a year.
