SAN PEDRO CITY –– A 73-year-old lawyer was shot and killed while he and his family were having lunch in a fast-food restaurant in Antipolo City in Rizal province.

In a phone interview Friday, city police chief Col. Alvin Consolacion said they were looking into the recent cases handled by lawyer Irineo Michael Cabugoy, as the investigation into the killing continued.

“He was handling (property) disputes. We’re looking into those,” Consolacion said but adding that they had yet to find a definite motive in the attack.
