The Most Outstanding Member was Lourdes Flores-Bacudo, Education Committee chairperson, and secretary to the president of University of San Carlos.
The award was in recognition of her contributions to the association, the committee and to her fellow members.
Mhalou Villamala, 2011 president, presented the award to Flores-Bacudo.
Villamala described Flores-Bacudo as selfless in sharing her time, talent and resources with PAS.
She thinks ahead and sorts out problems before they even occur, Villamala said. She said Flores-Bacudo also helped the association achieve its theme “Mastering essentials while managing change.”
Overall, she is a good example of what a PAS member should be — dedicated, sincere, passionate and a role model.
