COTABATO CITY—Authorities on Tuesday (Sept. 3) arrested a suspected pusher during a sting operation in Sultan Kudarat province.
Director Naravy Duquiatan, of the regional Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) office, said Suharto Kusain was arrested after he sold dried marijuana to an undercover agent.
Kusain admitted to police he sold marijuana even to high school students./tsb
