Biado looks to avenge Gomez’s loss to Chang Jung-lin

FILIPINO star Carlo “The Black Tiger” Biado seeks revenge against Taiwanese ace Chang Jung-lin when the Philippine Bigtime Billiards (PBB) Face Off Series resumes today at the Pagcor Airport Casino in Parañaque City.

Chang defeated Biado’s Bugsy Promotions stablemate Roberto “Superman” Gomez, 7-9, in the last PBB Face Off Series.

“Igaganti ko si (Roberto) Gomez kay Chang,” said the La Union native Biado, currently World No.16. “Titiyakin ko na hindi tayo mapapahiya pa dahil talagang pinaghandaan ko ang laban na ito.”

Sports Betting at MegaSportsWorld favors Chang against Biado as of yesterday. A $1-bet on Chang would win $1.69. A $1-bet on Biado would win $1.82 in this race-to-9, 10-ball affair, winner’s break format event jointly organized by the Mega Sports World and BRKHRD Corp.

The match will be aired live over Solar Sports, Sky Channel 70 and Destiny Channel 34. It will also be aired worldwide through the Internet at www.megasportsworld.com and www.philippinebigtimebilliards.com.

The winner will get $5,000 while the loser gets $2,500.
