Minor quake hits Laguna

MANILA, Philippines—A magnitude 3.2 earthquake hit Sta. Cruz, Laguna early Friday morning, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology.

Phivolcs said the quake, which struck at 1:26 a.m., was tectonic in origin.

Intensity II was felt in Sta. Cruz and Nagcarlan in Laguna, and in Lucban, Quezon, said Phivolcs.

No damages were reported and no aftershocks were expected.
