3 drug suspects nabbed, ‘shabu’ worth P240K seized in Olongapo

OLONGAPO CITY –– Three drug suspects were arrested in a drug buy-bust here on Sunday.

In a belated report, police identified the suspects as Resley Layugan, 45, and Niel David, 30, both in the police drug watchlist.


Also arrested was Lemuel Bantugan, 40.

Confiscated from the suspects were 36 sachets or 115.6 grams of suspected “shabu” (crystal meth) worth about P240,000.


In Zambales, fisherman Ricardo Tumale, resident of Subic town was also arrested in a drug buy-bust operation.

Recovered from him were a sachet of suspected shabu and the marked money.

The suspects are facing charges for violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./lzb
