One killed in vehicular accident along C-5

MANILA, Philippines — A man was killed in an accident involving a trailer truck and a delivery aluminium truck along C-5 avenue near the Heritage Park, a Radyo Inquirer 990AM report said.

The driver of the delivery aluminium truck, identified as Rolly Serenio from Pasig City, was beheaded due to the impact, the report said.

One of the companions of the victim who was in the delivery aluminum truck, identified as Mon Carlo Pindoy, said that the trailer truck stopped suddenly but did not have any warning device.

Serenio was able to step on the brakes but it was too late, he said in an interview.

The driver of the trailer truck has not been identified yet.

The victim’s body was sent to the Miko Funeral Homes in Camp Bagong Diwa.
