Cops say Parojinog gang member arrested in Bulacan

CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE—A man believed to be a member of the Ozamiz-Parojinog crime group was arrested in this city on Thursday (Aug. 15), police said.

Col. Chito Bersaluna, Bulacan police director, said Gregie Albar Azcona, 36, a native of Ozamiz City, is wanted for murder and robbery.

Azcona was arrested in Barangay Sta. Cruz 5 here. Bersaluna said Azcona’s group is behind several murder cases and robberies in Mindanao and Metro Manila. Carmela Reyes-Estrope/TSB
