Makati’s most wanted man arrested

MANILA, Philippines — A tattoo artist, who is the most wanted person in Makati who is facing a case of rape with frustrated homicide, was arrested by Makati police officers in Quezon City on Saturday afternoon.
Officers nabbed the suspect, 28-year-old Eugene Aquino, on San Miguel Street in Barangay Commonwealth at around 5:20 p.m.
The had an arrest warrant issued by Hon. Judge Ethel Mercado-Gutay of Regional Trial Court Branch 137 in Makati.
According to police, Aquino sexually harassed and stabbed one of his clients several times.
