MANILA, Philippines — Some domestic and international flights were canceled on Tuesday due to inclement weather brought about by Tropical Storm “Hanna.”
The Manila International Airport Authority (Miaa) announced on Tuesday the cancellation of the following flights:

Hanna (international name Lekima) intensified into a severe tropical storm midday Tuesday, the state weather bureau said.

Moderate to heavy monsoon rains will prevail in Western Visayas, northern portions of Palawan (including Calamian and Cuyo Islands), Occidental Mindoro, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, Cavite, Batangas and Laguna, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila, Central Visayas and the rest of Luzon. /je
