WATCH: Dashcam video shows lone cop catching snatcher after a foot chase in Manila

After a foot chase, Patrolman Jonathan Stanley Dionisio catches a “notorious snatcher” who tries to board a jeepney in a bid to elude arrest at the Lagusnilad underpass in Manila.
