MANILA, Philippines — Some local government units have declared the suspension of classes on Saturday, Aug. 3, due to rain brought by the southwest monsoon or ‘habagat.”

Metro Manila

Caloocan  – All levels (public and private)

Polytechnic University of the Philippines – work and classes are suspended in all branches and campuses in the National Capital Region (including Open University, Graduate School and College of Law)
