MANILA, Philippines — The southwest monsoon and a low pressure area will continue to bring heavy rains over most parts of the country.

Bicol Region, Visayas, Caraga and Davao Region will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains due to the trough of LPA.

The southwest monsoon continues to affect the western section of Luzon.

Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Zamabales, Bataan and Central Luzon will continue to experience monsoon rains.
