MANILA, Philippines — Pasig City Hall will file complaints against six members of Traffic and Parking Management Office (TPMO) for extortion as it implements program to “professionalize” its traffic enforcers, Mayor Vico Sotto said.

Sotto said the city would initiate a “Continuing Professional Development Program” to train traffic enforcers on traffic rules and regulations.

He added that traffic enforcers who would show a good performance might be regularized.
