LRT-1 last trips to leave earlier starting Monday, July 29
MANILA, Philippines — The last trip of Light Rail Transit 1 (LRT1) will leave earlier starting July 29, the Light Rail Manila Corporation (LRMC) said Sunday.
According to LRMC, the last trip of trains coming from Baclaran Station would leave at 9:30 p.m. from Monday to Sunday, including holidays.
The last trip of trains from Roosevelt Station, meanwhile, would leave at 9:45 p.m. from Monday to Sunday, including holidays.
In the past, the last trip of trains from Baclaran and Roosevelt Station left at 10 p.m. on weekdays.
“The change in operating hours is to accommodate system upgrades for improved safety and reliability of the LRT-1 service,” LRMC said in an advisory.
