WATCH: Quake topples Itbayat Church bell tower as residents flee in panic

A second moderately strong tremor topples the bell tower of Itbayat’s limestone church, the 19th-century Santa Maria de Mayan, a popular tourist attraction. Panicked residents fled their homes as strong aftershocks rattle the municipality of Batanes.
