MANILA, Philippines — Peter Joemel Advincula, who claims to be “Bikoy” in the “Ang Totoong Narcolist videos, is set to apply for the government’s witness protection program (WPP), Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Oscar Albayalde said on Thursday.
“I think he is about to apply for WPP. I really don’t know his whereabouts,” Albayalde told the ABS-CBN News Channel when asked about the whereabouts of Advincula.
This was after the PNP’s Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) filed Sedition and other complaints against Vice President Leni Robredo and 35 other personalities over their alleged link to the six-part video series which linked President Rodrigo Duterte’s allies and family to the illegal drug trade.
Advincula was one of the respondents in the sedition complaint.

Albayalde explained that the filing was “substantiated” by evidence, noting that Advincula backed his allegations with documents in his computer.
“I think since the very start Bikoy has to support his allegations with evidence. That is what he precisely did. He came up with his computer, laptop and all other sources as according to the investigators,” he said. /je
