MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 4.5 earthquake rattled Remedios Romualdez, Agusan del Norte on Tuesday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
The quake struck at 5:38 p.m. at 21 kilometers northeast of Remedios Romualdez.
Phivolcs said that the tremor was of tectonic origin, and had a 13-kilometer depth of focus.
No aftershocks or damages were expected, Phivolcs added.
