MANILA, Philippines — A 17-year-old girl was hurt in a shooting incident in Taguig City early Tuesday morning.

An initial investigation by the Taguig City police showed that the victim was walking along Purok 6 in Barangay Tipas to buy ice when she spotted the suspect arguing with a woman at around 5 a.m.

Police said the suspect then shot the woman during the argument and the bullet ricocheted and hit the victim’s right shoulder.
