MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Gen. Oscar Albayalde and two other top police officials serenaded policemen who are detailed at a command post in Quezon City as part of the security measures for the fourth State of the Nation Address (Sona) on Monday.
Albayalde, National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) chief Maj. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar and Quezon City Police District (QCPD) chief Brig. Gen. Joselito Esquivel Jr. sang “Wonderful Tonight” while visiting the command post along Commonwealth Avenue.
A videoke machine was placed at the command post to help police officers de-stress while they enforce security measures in the area. /muf
