Luzon to experience rain due to northeast monsoon–Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Luzon will experience mostly cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers, becoming cloudy with widespread rains over the eastern section of Northern and Central Luzon, as a northeast monsoon is affecting the region, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said Tuesday.

Meanwhile, the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms, it also said.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to rough, it added.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the East to Northeast with slight to moderate seas, Pagasa said.
