3.7 quake shakes Surigao City
MANILA, Philippines–A 3.7 magnitude earthquake shook Surigao City on Saturday, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology.
The quake struck six kilometers southwest of San Francisco in Surigao del Norte at a shallow depth of one km.

It was felt at Intensity IV in Surigao City, Phivolcs said.
