MANILA, Philippines — President Rodrigo Duterte met the relieved employees of the Bureau of Customs (BOC) on Thursday night in Malacañang.
Duterte earlier relieved 64 BOC personnel over allegations of corruption.

No immediate details of the meeting were released by Malacañang as of this posting.
“He is speaking (in a) mild tone,” presidential spokesperson Salvador Panelo said in a text message. /kga
