MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 3 earthquake rocked Anda, Pangasinan in the early hours of Wednesday, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
The quake struck at 2:51 a.m., four kilometers northeast of Anda.
Phivolcs said the tremor was of tectonic origin and had a 1-kilometer depth of focus.
The temblor was also felt at Instrumental Intensity I in Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
No aftershocks and damages were expected, Phivolcs added. /muf
